To,

     The Editor

     The Assam Tribune

      Guwahati, Assam

Subject: Concerns Regarding Waste Disposal in Our Locality.

Dear Sir,

Through the column of your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the attention of concerned authority towards the waste disposal problem of our locality.

Over the past few months, the accumulation of waste in our area has reached an alarming level. Despite the efforts of local authorities, the current waste management system appears to be inadequate to handle the growing population and its corresponding waste output. The consequences of this problem are both unsightly and hazardous to our environment and public health. The improper disposal of waste poses a significant threat to our community. It not only creates an unhygienic environment but also attracts stray animals, insects, and rodents, leading to the spread of diseases. Moreover, the lack of a proper waste management system contributes to air and water pollution, further endangering the health and well-being of our residents.

I kindly request The Assam Tribune to shed light on this issue by highlighting the challenges faced by our locality regarding waste disposal. Increased media coverage and public awareness can mobilize support and urge the authorities to prioritize waste management as a critical concern.

Thanking You.

Yours sincerely

   PQR Kumar
